Member Engagement
Provide support to the Account Management team in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto offices
Conduct sector-specific research on CBSR’s member companies
Develop and edit consulting proposals
Develop presentations for member companies
Manage the annual member renewal process
General Administrative Duties
Manage member files and Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
Arrange appointments with member and prospect companies
Respond to general inquiries via telephone and e-mail
Follow-up to meetings
Compile information kits
Enter contact information into database
Further develop and maintain the CSR resource library
Event Management
Provide logistical support for CBSR events
