We would like to offer you the opportunity to meet the Prosperity Candle team, learn about a bold and visionary company that empowers women entrepreneurs in areas of conflict, and engage in the Prosperity Circle as a lender, donor or ambassador.
Having successfully completed our 1 year pilot in Iraq and proven our model, Prosperity Candle is ready to scale up. With your participation, we are poised to expand our work to significantly impact the lives of many more women in places like Afghanistan, Haiti and Rwanda.
Prosperity Candle’s mission is to provide thousands of women with the opportunity, tools and resources to start successful enterprises. We aspire to enable women to not only survive, but truly thrive.

From the east or west:
- Mass Pike west (Rte 90W) from Boston, or east (Rte 90E) from Albany
- Exit #4 for Rte 91N
- After tollbooth, follow signs for 91N towards Holyoke
- Merge onto 91N
- Take Exit #18 for Rte 5 and Northampton center
- At bottom of ramp, turn left onto Rte 5 (Pleasant Street)
- After about a mile, you’ll come to Northampton center
- Turn left onto Main St (this is also Rte 9)
- Follow Main St as it curves right, then follow signs for Rte 9 as it passes Smith College on the left
- Pass Prospect St on right, then Henshaw St on right
- Round Hill Rd is the next right (the sign is bronze instead of green)
- Go up the hill, past the Clarke School, and start back down the other side
- Turn left onto Hillside St and park on right side in front of our door
- Ours is the white house on the corner of Hillside and Round Hill
From the north:
- 91S towards Deerfield, Holyoke and Springfield
- Exit #20 for Rte 5 and Northampton
- Ramp merges onto Rte 5 (King St)
- Go through several lights, past Stop & Shop on right
- Take right onto Finn St (at the Florence Savings Bank)
- At end, turn right onto Prospect St
- Take first left onto Round Hill Road (the sign is bronze instead of green)
- Go up hill, past Crescent St
- Turn right onto Hillside St and park on right in front of our door
- Ours is the white house on the corner of Hillside and Round Hill
From the south:
- 91N towards Springfield and Holyoke
- Exit #18 for Rte 5 and Northampton center
