Katerva Awards in Global Sustainability Announces Deloitte to Conduct Practical Analysis Portion of Nominee Evaluation

May 17, 2011

Deloitte has officially been added to the nominee review process for The Katerva Awards, the pinnacle of recognition in the areas of sustainability.

Nominees of the Katerva Awards undergo a rigorous, six-phase evaluation process that includes 12 stages of focused review looking at feasibility, scalability, originality and impact. The last phase is the Final Review, conducted by the esteemed Katerva Award Council.

Deloitte will conduct a Practical Analysis review, part of Katerva’s Phase Four in its nominee evaluation. Under the Practical Analysis review, Deloitte will look at an initiative’s customer base, market trends, experience of leadership, marketing clarity, financing model, and operational strengths and weaknesses.

Other areas of review in the Phase Four review include a Strategic Analysis review by Ernst & Young and a Global Policy Analysis by the World Policy Institute.
