The Mead Corporation has received the “Master of Community Reforestation” Environmental Award from the American Free Tree Program. The award recognizes Mead’s contribution of one million seedlings over the last nine years. Mead donated the trees in 22 south central Ohio counties as part of its annual spring reforestation efforts. The seedlings were then distributed through community projects to schools, churches, businesses, parks and individuals.
