Walla Walla, WA – August 14, 2008 – The Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss Association (CSPMA) Board and Organix, Inc. jointly announced today that the lawsuit the CPSMA Board and others filed against Organix Inc. has been dismissed after the parties reached a mutually beneficial agreement regarding the matters alleged in the lawsuit.
