To Be Announced: 2007 Principal Charity Classic Final Proceeds Benefiting "FORE Our Kids" Charities

WHO:Representatives from the Principal Financial Group(R) and Wells Fargo & Company will announce total proceeds from the 2007 Principal Charity Classic that will benefit the following charities:

Blank Children’s Hospital

Bravo Greater Des Moines

Greater Des Moines Community Foundation

United Way of Greater Iowa

Variety – The Children’s Charity of IOWA

WHEN: Monday, August 13, 2:30 p.m.

WHERE: George Washington Carver Community School, Boys and Girls Club – East University and Pennsylvania Ave, Des Moines (south of Lutheran Hospital)

About The Principal Charity Classic:

The Principal Charity Classic is an annual Champions Tour event played at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines. The Principal Charity Classic presented by Wells is focused on charity and designed “FORE Our Kids.” The 2008 tournament will be held May 26 – June 1.
