LOS ANGELES, CA – May 25, 2007 – This Memorial Day Weekend travelers frustrated with record high gas prices now have a creative outlet for their angst. Internet media company Mentorography, Inc. introduces the animated web-based cartoon, “The Commuter Pod.” The web-based series is the budding story of an eco-friendly car of the future that is 100% recyclable and runs on alternative energy.

Mentorography, Inc. is running a contest to select the script for the next webisode to follow the already created pilot. So the future storyline is created by the Internet citizen, which could be YOU! “The Commuter Pod” allows the Memorial Day wallet weary traveler a way to stop feeling cranky and get creative by submitting his or her own screenplay for the next episode. Enter a submission by clicking on www.StartupTime.com and then the “Meet the Cast” red tab to write about the animated characters. These animated characters so far include:

Winston-the hero, Bellalina the inventor, the embarrassed CEO,

Professor the Mentor, Boss the bully, Security Guard, protects the Licorice Corp.,

and Trucker, driver of the Oil & Ga$ truck.

You can possibly create the plot for the next online episode known as a webisode, if your submission is the best submitted. Visitors to “The Commuter Pod” website have come up with eco-friendly car ideas that include a human-powered type pod to a solar-powered electric pod.

“The Commuter Pod” was created by Molly Lavik and Jeff Rozic of Mentorography, Inc., a company dedicated to inventing a better world today by inspiring young adults to create socially-responsible new ventures and content. They believe that this “open source innovation” project, to be produced by Emmy-award winning Animax Entertainment, will get people thinking creatively about solving the “pain at the pump” and inspiring YOU to collectively invent the ideal, eco-friendly car of the future.

If you seek “fame at the pump” click on: www.StartupTime.com and watch the pilot webisode of “The Commuter Pod” to get ideas and then enter the storyline submission program. The best submission will be selected by Mentorography, Inc., in its sole discretion, and the winner will enter a contract to write the next webisode of “The Commuter Pod.” To submit your storyline click on: http://www.StartupTime.com/submit_storyline.html and follow the guidelines.

Mentorography, Inc. plans not only to give Memorial Day travelers something to smile about through their eco-friendly car storyline submissions but to also some day manufacture the Commuter Pod–in the Midwest, in areas that have been impacted by downsizing in the motor industry.
