Verisae, the global leader in Sustainability Resource Planning (“SRP”), today unveiled the Site Compliance Manager. Verisae’s newest software product enables organizations to reduce costs associated with regulatory fines and non-compliance penalties. The product helps clients manage impromptu statutory compliance inspections, scheduled compliance activities, and code or building related certifications.
“Many organizations are increasingly challenged with properly managing and reporting regulatory compliance to state and local government agencies,” said Jim Peterson, chief technology officer for Verisae. “We are excited to offer a product that simplifies and automates this process while taking unplanned costs out of the business.”
Site Compliance Manager allows companies to manage inspections by site, city and state regulatory bodies to ensure that activities are completed at the required frequency in an automated manner. When an inspection results in a change or maintenance request, the software tracks the request, issues an electronic work order, automatically alerts a service provider and logs their work activity so compliance can be verified during the follow-up inspections. All of the paper requests, work orders, relevant certificates and associated documents are stored in a centralized, electronic database that can be accessed by multiple users. With Verisae’s Site Compliance software, organizations can minimize errors, avoid costly fines and reduce time-consuming compliance requirements.
